上擁有過百萬的追隨者...經歷過這次深刻的體會，他要確保所有追隨者，都以倍數計清晰了解這件事件的經過 -_-!!!。最後，西南航空不得不發表公開道歉，並為這名藝員送上相關票券 - 遺憾地，這一切已發生在史密夫先生竭力把事件在社交媒體廣傳之後了...&lt;a type='html'>這是一個競爭熾烈的年代，為了叫自身的品牌和產品從芸芸對手中突圍而出，商家們爭相聘用和委託一流的市務人員、廣告公司和媒體，發掘最有效的宣傳途徑。另一方面，那些被委以重任的廣告專才，確也沒有叫人失望，用盡千方百計，不放過任何一個能爭取目標觀眾注意的機會，以達到宣傳的目的。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;我們早置身於一個資訊爆炸的年代裏，鋪天蓋地的廣告「侵襲」徒然增強和加速大眾的遺忘和忽略。我們人類的腦袋原來有一個調節機制，在潛意識中自動篩走無關重要的訊息，這種自我防衛機制十分重要，避免我們因承受過多不必要的資訊負荷而導致神經失常。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;隨著廣告的覆蓋面過份地全面化，由最初的少量傳統媒體，例如電視、收音機和報章等，發展到今天裡裡外外，全天候式的廣告發放，包括戶外媒體（如大廈幕牆、各類公共交通站台）、公交車廂內、互聯網上林林總總的廣告、在街上的宣傳單張、以致在屋宛大堂內／公司裏掛著的壁報板廣告等，較早前還有些聰明的廣告人仕，建議在打電話的鈴聲內，加入廣告訊息呢！這樣，只要大眾是在清醒的狀態下，無論何時何地都能「享受」到全面的廣告覆蓋了，多細心 ^_^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;廣告宣傳其實無異於推銷，甚至難聽一點是硬銷；在現今「供過於求」的社會，絕大部份消費者都不喜歡這樣被硬銷的感覺，廣告商越是「步步進逼」，普羅大眾的反響只會越大，並以行動來表達不滿：他們支持由政府電訊管理局所設立的「拒收訊息登記冊」、投訴在車廂裏的廣播噪音做成滋擾、選擇開動隨身聽（如MP3）代替接收外來的廣告訊息、並抗拒／迴避在街頭接收宣傳單張等...對於那些按眼球&lt;a href="http://www.bandt.com.au/articles/1E/0C012B1E.asp"&gt;（eyeballs，即每一個瀏覽次數）&lt;/a&gt;來支付廣告費的客戶來說，單單考慮到普羅大眾抗拒任何形式的廣告這一個元素，&lt;a href="http://flatrock.org.nz/topics/money_politics_law/perpetual_motion.htm"&gt;能成功把廣告打入一位顧客心裡的單位成本就顯得額外昂貴了&lt;/a&gt;。而更關鍵的問題是：我們選擇傳統的媒體宣傳途徑，是否真能為業務帶來甚麼效果嗎？　（待續...）&lt;div
